In this project, the customer had a very tight timeline, as the floor scrubber was urgently needed for an upcoming site operation. The production schedule was highly compressed, while the factory was already operating under a busy manufacturing plan, creating additional pressure on both production and delivery.

Despite these challenges, the factory quickly adjusted its production arrangement and efficiently allocated manpower and assembly lines. From component preparation and machine assembly to functional testing, every step was carefully coordinated to ensure both quality and progress. While maintaining strict quality standards, the production team accelerated the workflow to complete all floor scrubbers on schedule. As shown in the factory, the machines are now neatly lined up and fully prepared for shipment.

As a result, the entire batch of floor scrubbers was completed on time and successfully passed final inspection. The customer expressed strong satisfaction after confirming the delivery status and production quality. This on-time delivery under a tight schedule once again demonstrates the factory’s reliable manufacturing capability and commitment to meeting customer deadlines.
