With Integrated Pre-separator vacuum cleaner for concrete floor grinder is developed to support mid/heavy size concrete grinders. With the front pre-separator barrel, the machine separates more than 90% of dust and leave only a small amount of dust goes into a rear barrel for filtering, protecting the filter from clogging or damaging, effectively extending the usable life of the filter.
1) Motor unit: Three single-phase industry-grade motors with independent ON/OFF, allowing to adjust airflow to suit different requirements.Built-in vacuum meter for real-time filter clogging detection.
2) Filter unit: Equipped with a HEPA (PTFE coated, “TORAY” polyester), the machine can separate 0.3um dust with an efficiency 99%, securing a high standard of quality and safety.
3) Filter cleaning system: The Single-Phase 3.0KW Dust Extractor with Integrated Pre-separator for concrete floor RV5 series used a unique “reverse-air cleaning” system which cleans the filter very easily in a high efficient way, preventing dust from clogging the filter and thereby maintaining a normal airflow.
4) Equipped with a drop-down Longopac system for collecting dust, providing very easy handling of grinding residue.
